The grapes are harvested by hand and the wine matures in oak barrels for 2 to 5 years. The color is pale, straw-colored and the aromas are tropical fruits with a bit of vanilla in the background. The taste is light and fresh with a hint of natural sweetness. Serve slightly chilled. Perfect with nuts (e.g. salted almonds) and ice-fruit desserts.
