Coravin Selection

We present to you a selection of exceptional wines, which we serve by the glass using
the Coravin system.
This tool allows access to the inside of the bottle via a delicate needle, and during
pouring, it injects argon – a neutral gas that prevents oxidation. Thanks to this, the wine maintains its freshness and every subsequent glass tastes just as good. We are sharing wines that have brought us much joy.
